Relationship is an Invitation
…to learn to care deeply for each other
Building a relationship that not only lasts but serves over time as a garden that nourishes us and our family takes some focused attention, commitment, willingness to self-reflect, and some skill.
In a very safe space, couples get clear on what their relationship needs are. We identify recurring patterns, both individually and as a couple, and support you in interrupting them. Together we identify what is getting in the way of the relationship and establish new pathways that support the relationship in its growth.
You will learn practical tools to communicate with ease, honesty, empathy, and care.
You will strengthen the relational capacities needed to deepen intimacy and attunement, helping you cultivate a relationship that feels more secure, connected, and alive.
You will learn ways to be in conflict that feel respectful and promote self-awareness and responsibility while supporting win-win outcomes.
Together we’ll explore the essential elements needed in your relationship for a strong foundation that supports you through stormy weather.
Within the process, you will discover each other in a new way and feel empowered with more honest ways to relate in the good times and the challenging times. This process often leads couples to more intimacy and invites more connection and compassion for each other. As parents or future parents, you will feel confident that you are leaving a legacy of love for your children.
